InternPoint started in 2010 and it is the internship programme of VisMedNet focused on education and development of its participants. VisMedNet has made a success of this programme through an extensive network of employers and organisations from a wide variety of sectors and prestigious schools and sending organisations that entrust it with their youths and students. Participants come to Malta as part of partnerships funded under the Erasmus+ programme, the European Social Fund and other national or regional funds.

The team organising VisMedNet’s InternPoint programme includes professionals from education, logistics and social work and together they work to ensure that mobilities are of mutual benefit for the participant and the employer and that youths grow professionally and acquire those skills and competences that contribute best towards their career path and personal growth.
